2. Fill in your personal information (name, email, phone, ID number)
3. Enter your license details and select your license classes
4. Add your specialties and professional bio
5. Create a secure password
6. Agree to the terms and submit

After registration, you'll receive a confirmation email and can log in to complete your profile.

To register as a driver, you need:

• Valid Kenyan National ID
• Valid Driver's License (any class)
• Active phone number (Kenyan)
• Valid email address
• Be at least 18 years old

Optional documents for verification: Certificate of Good Conduct, Medical Certificate

Yes! Basic registration is completely free. You can create your profile, add your details, and be listed in our directory at no cost.

Premium features are available for a one-time fee of KES 500, which gives you lifetime access to featured listings, contact visibility, and more benefits.

We verify your documents to ensure all drivers on our platform are legitimate and qualified.

• National ID - Clear photo of your ID card

• Certificate of Good Conduct from DCI
• Medical Certificate (fitness to drive)
• Any professional driving certificates

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours after you upload your documents. You'll receive a notification once your account is verified.

You can upgrade anytime through your dashboard by clicking "Upgrade to Premium".

To upgrade to Premium:

1. Log in to your driver account
2. Click on "Upgrade to Premium" in the sidebar
3. Pay KES 500 via M-Pesa to Till Number 4206034
4. Enter your M-Pesa transaction ID
5. Wait for verification (24-48 hours)
6. Your account will be upgraded once payment is confirmed

You'll receive a notification once your account is upgraded!

You can upload various documents to enhance your profile:

• Driver's License (required)
• National ID (required)
• Certificate of Good Conduct (recommended)
• Medical Certificate (recommended)
• Professional Certificates
• Training Certificates
• Any other relevant documents

Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (Max 5MB per file)

Uploading documents is easy:

1. Log in to your driver account
2. Go to "Documents" in the sidebar
3. Click on the document type you want to upload
4. Select the file from your device
5. Add optional document number, issue date, and expiry date
6. Click "Upload Document"

Your documents will be reviewed by our team within 24-48 hours.

To update your profile:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on "Edit Profile" in the sidebar
3. Update your personal information, location, or professional details
4. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom

You can also upload a profile photo and update your license classes from this page.

If you forgot your password:

1. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Check your email for password reset instructions
4. Click the link and create a new password

If you're already logged in, you can change your password from the Settings page.

We currently accept payments via:

• M-Pesa - Pay Bill Till Number 4206034
• Bank Transfer - Available upon request

For M-Pesa payments, use your User ID as the account number. After payment, submit your transaction ID for verification.

Payment verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Once your payment is verified:

• You'll receive a notification
• Your account will be upgraded to Premium
• You'll get access to all premium features

If your payment isn't verified within 48 hours, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Yes! We take security seriously:

• All payments are processed through official M-Pesa channels
• We never store your payment details
• All transactions are encrypted and secure
• You receive an official M-Pesa confirmation message
