🛠️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Driver, your role will include:
🚘 Driving company vehicles as authorized
🔧 Performing routine vehicle checks (oil, brakes, tyres, etc.)
⚠️ Detecting and reporting vehicle faults
📋 Maintaining work tickets
🔐 Ensuring safety & security of the vehicle (on/off road)
👨👩👧 Ensuring safety of passengers & goods
🧼 Maintaining vehicle cleanliness
Requirements
✅ REQUIREMENTS (PERSON SPECIFICATION)
To qualify, you MUST have:
✔️ KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) or equivalent
✔️ Valid Driving License (no endorsements)
✔️ Minimum 6 years driving experience
✔️ Passed Driver Grade I Suitability Test
✔️ First Aid Certificate (minimum 1 week training)
✔️ Basic Computer Skills 💻
✔️ Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
✔️ Compliance with Chapter 6 of the Constitution
